One of the most common challenges with e-commerce stores is communicating the quality and value of products to customers who aren’t able to experience the product in person. This challenge is overcome with high-quality product images, lifestyle images and videos, and informative product copy. We utilized our Shopify Premium Product Listing packs to optimize the Mag Brush and Pocket Caddie to display the quality and unique selling points (USPs).
With these efforts, we enhanced brand awareness and customer engagement, witnessing significant revenue growth and improved profitability from paid ads. This included increasing conversion rates to 3.11% (a 318% improvement) and total orders by 646% in the first month alone.

As part of the website refresh that included improvements to the shopping experience and product understanding, we tested various bundles and upsell offers using a Shopify app, Bold. With this app, we implemented upsell widgets on product pages, resulting in over $10,000 in upsell revenue within 60 days.
A unique part of this process was creating custom limited-run ball marks in sets of 50. These ball marks had high margins that allowed us to price discounted bundles well beyond the current AOV and still increase profits.
